Refund policy
PALMER K Designs will happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. (some exclusions apply - see product description)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer responsible for any return shipping costs.
Fabric by the yard, Wallpaper, and Luggage is FINAL SALE, unless damaged or defective when received. You must notify PALMER K Designs of the damage via email (info@palmerKdesigns.com) within 7 days of receipt.
Please email info@palmerKdesigns.com for further instructions to promptly process your return/refund. Failure to contact PALMER K Designs for refund process voids return policy and defaults to non refundable / final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Like returns, exchanges can be made within the 30 day return policy window. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@palmerKdesigns.com for further instructions to process your exchange. Buyer responsible for return shipping of item exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PALMER K Designs does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
